Just Calm Down... and stop stressing!

In this time of fast-paced overachieving and mindless multi-tasking, we tend to try to be everything to everyone, leaving us harried and spread too thin to truly be good to anyone at all, let alone ourselves. Far away countries and pamper-promising spas offer momentary escapes from the frenetic fast lane of life that we have, for some odd reason, voluntarily merged onto. Excusing yourself entirely and escaping to a land far far away from life’s frenzied flow is permissible on occasion, but allowing daily interludes, even for just 5-minutes, can help alleviate unnecessary stress.
