Life Changing Dessert… No-Yo Fake-Out Frozen Yogurt

I LOVE frozen yogurt. The mouth-filling creamy, sweet, decadent flavor is definitely crave-worthy. But it’s also high in sugar, calories, and somehow turns my stomach into knots. Until now. This way, you exhibit self-control when you can by grocery shopping when you feel strong, confident and healthy and willing to leave unhealthy items out of the cart. And when you are at home, feeling weak and craving that chocolate cupcake, luckily the stronger side of you prevented this indulgence from happening.
