Quickie Workout in Bed- Pillow Abs & Inner Thighs...

You can’t workout at home because you don’t have any exercise equipment… Yeah, nice excuse. It’s time to put your bed accessories to work as exercise equipment- like your pillow!

*Squeeze it between your knees to tackle your inner thighs.

*Stack a few of them under your butt for that extra height to really dig into your abs when you crunch.

*Hold one over your head for an imaginary hand off to simultaneously works your stomach and arms.

What was your excuse again to not workout…?
