Abs, Butt and Legs Daily100 Knee Lift Repeats

Before I start my day, I mean seriously just after rolling out of bed, I do SOME Daily100 to move my body and start the blood flowing and calories burning. Generally, it’s Plank or Knee to Nose so that I can also get my ab exercise out of the way, but sometimes I just don’t want to get on the floor so this Knee Lift Repeat has become a go to. It’s also a great one while watching TV at night!
