Upper Body Cardio Quickie Workout in Bed

Cardio doesn’t mean “moving your legs.” Cardio means “moving your heart.” You don’t have to go for a run, get on an elliptical, take a spinning class, or jump up and down in aerobics to get in a good cardio workout. In fact, stay in bed! Here’s my fave so fab upper body cardio workout in bed that will help you to burn calories, tone up and slim down. It’s one of my go-tos and it should be yours too (it’s even great if you have a lower body injury)
