Breakfast! Quinoa, Cucumber, Avocado, plus Green Tea

I am slightly obsessed with this breakfast. I get excited about it the night before. And it’s SO easy to make! Plus you make it once and you have it for 4 days- total Quickie!
Bites w/Benefits Ingredients:
-Quinoa (packed with protein, fiber, magnesium, nutrients)
-Cucumber (cooling, detoxing, alkaline)
-Avocado (great for the skin, healthy fat, alkaline)

-1 part Quinoa, 2 parts Water plus 1 tsp sea salt (bring to a bowl, then lower to a simmer and cover for about 15 minutes)
-Check to the bottom to make sure there is no excess water. If not… serve!
-Sprinkle some White Pepper, Spike, and Parmesan Cheese if you’d like (leave it off for vegans). Top with sliced Cucumber, Avocado.
