How to Fake a Fab Body (even w/ a too bloated stomach)


I had an event to go to and it was just one of those days… when I was bloated and just feeling ick. Because I couldn’t go out in my robe, so instead I did these quickie tips to fake a perfect body before putting on my dress. Oh, and I wore a fab flowy dress that hid my stomach but showed off my arms.

What I Did:
-Arm and Calf Exercises to get a quick tone
-Minimized my Salt
-Upped my Potassium
-Drank plenty of Cranberry Juice
-Picked High High Heels
-Wore Red Panties
