Just because you are at work, wearing stilettos, seated at your desk, doesn’t mean that you can’t jump rope… well, at least you can fake it. And the great news is that faking this exercise is really close to doing the real thing! What do I mean? Pretend you are holding a jump rope in your hands, now rotate your hands in the jump rope fashion. Engage your abs and left your feet slightly off the ground at the same time as if you’re jumping rope… and there you go! Do this 100 times and your are toning your abs, arms, butt and thighs all while sitting at work!
