There are some foods I must always have in my fridge. Of course, I buy other foods, and ingredients, and seasonal items too, but these… these are my refrigerator musts:
1. Leafy Greens
2. Asparagus
3. Parmesan Cheese
4. Avocado
5. Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
6. Egg
7. Grapefruit
8. Cranberry Juice
9. Skim Milk
