Crescent Twist: Your Daily 100


Slip in at least 2 Daily 100s each day and you WILL notice a difference in your body as your muscle become more toned and your body more trim. Crescent is a yoga pose that works your entire body: arms, abs, butt, thighs, hamstrings, calves, back, chest… then add the twist to it to help wring out your insides and even further tone your stomach.
