This is one of the easiest, most impressive, low-fat, low-cal meals that can be a total showpiece at a dinner party (or just for yourself) with minimal time, clean-up or energy. Use almost any fish and veggies you want.
This is what I used today:
White truffle oil
Crushed red pepper
-Preheat the oven to 400 degrees for 20 minutes
-Place the fish on the parchment, cover it in veggies, oils, S&P, red pepper.
-Wrap it up like a little packet.
-Place it in the oven.
