1-Minute Exercise Blast

Even when you have zero time to workout, you can always fit in a 100. 100s are the quickiest of the Quickie Workouts. They are either 100 seconds of a static holding exercise, or 100 reps of another. Slip at least 2 100s into your day, every day, and you will burn more calories and up your energy in an instant!
