Overactive Bladder Minimizing Foods

There are countless situations in which an over active bladder can be inconvenient. Presentation: “And at the bottom of the screen you’ll see, I have to run to the bathroom.”  Let’s try and lessen those awkward moments.

First off let’s avoid double trouble.  An overactive bladder has been known to cause constipation, as people tend to drink less liquids.  Be sure to get plenty of fiber in your diet to do the stool-softening the extra water would have done:

Oatmeal

Artichoke

Avocado

Peanut Butter

Raspberries

Blackberries

Lentils

Black Beans

Broccoli

Pear

Apple

Sweet Potato
