Foods To Induce Labor

Your baby might just be born during your Hawaiian vacation. Tropical Fruits have been known to tone the cervix and make delivery easier. Not on a tropical vacation? Just fake it with some of these foods:

Pineapple

Lychee

Coconut

Guava

Banana

Papaya

Watermelon

Star apple

Passionfruit

Pomegranate

 

Grab your favorite mug. Certain teas and herbs have been known to induce labor. Try these:

Black Cohosh

Blue Cohosh

Nettle Tea

Raspberry leaf Tea

Cinnamon Stick tea

 

Don’t mistake it for a bathroom run. Spicy Foods irritate the bowels, in turn inducing labor. Try sprinkling these on to your pregnancy cravings:
