Foods to Fight Body Odor

It can be very embarrassing to have someone tell you “you smell!” If you’ve tried the most expensive deodorants and are still making noses wrinkle, that odor could be coming from the foods you eat. Below is a list of foods to avoid if you suffer from body odor, and those to eat instead that just might help quell your smell.

Avoid Red Meat
